Vivishoe Return & Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes your purchase may not meet your expectations, and that's okay! Our return policy is designed to make your shopping experience hassle-free and worry-free.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 7 days from the receipt of the parcel to get a refund.
Return Conditions:
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags and labels intact
Items must not have been washed, worn, or had their plastic packaging removed or damaged
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for refund
Return Process:
Contact customer service to obtain the correct return address
Package your item securely to prevent damage during shipping
Ship your return using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are customer's responsibility)
Inspection & Refund: After receiving your return, we will inspect it and process refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once complete
Important Information:
Customized items are non-returnable unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for non-quality issues
Vivishoe is not responsible for returns lost in transit or any additional charges incurred. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping
Return Abuse Policy
To ensure fair usage for all customers, Vivishoe monitors return activity. The following situations may result in restrictions:
Frequent returns
Fraudulent claims
Abuse of free return policy
Possible consequences include:
Limitation or suspension of return privileges
Refusal of future transactions
Account review and potential closure
We will contact you if your return activity raises concerns and reserve the right to take appropriate action.
International Returns
Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes on returns
Shipping Fees: All return shipping costs are customer's responsibility
Processing Time: Refunds may take longer to process due to international shipping
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. For the fastest service, please follow the return process and place a new order.
Due to international shipping times, we cannot guarantee your requested item will be in stock when we receive your return.
Resend Policy (For Sizing Issues)
You only need to pay the applicable shipping fee to receive a new item - no need to return the original product.
